"Today was a difficult day for everyone and it's a shame that the weather conditions have ruined this last day. I wanted to continue the work begun yesterday by Fernando on tyres and set-up but with the unpredictability of the conditions, it is very difficult to make accurate assessments of the behaviour of the car.
As soon as the rain gave us the respite, I made a long run in medium: the track was still very cold and slippery, it was difficult to mount tire temperature for an exact comparison between the pace and the degradation. In the afternoon, the wet track could not afford to return to slicks and we focused on different set-up on intermediates: I tried different aerodynamic configurations and we are satisfied with the balance of the car.
Of course, I would have preferred to run under better conditions but it is always interested to have references in the wet."
